Brad Romans

Brad Romans currently serves as the Dean of the School of Liberal Arts at Henry Ford College since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brad Romans held several positions at Baker College, including Campus Director, Director of Academic Affairs, and Director of College Writing from May 2015 to December 2022. Additional experience includes lecturing at D'Youville College and Buffalo State College, and serving as a Doctoral Candidate and Teaching Fellow at the University at Buffalo. Brad Romans began academic pursuits as a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Michigan University. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from the University at Buffalo, a Fellowship in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts in Literature from Eastern Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the same institution.
