Heath Roberts

Heath Roberts, FACHE, currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer of Populance at Henry Ford Health since October 2023, following a tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Children's Hospital of Michigan from July 2019 to October 2023. Roberts is also the President and Principal Consultant at USA Talent Solutions, which began in January 2023, and co-founded USA Healthcare Solutions, focusing on hospital margin optimization services. Previous roles include Senior Administrative Director for Medical Administration at Children's Mercy Kansas City from 2008 to 2019 and various positions in operational improvement and healthcare delivery at Truman Medical Centers, Liberty Hospital, and the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division as a Health Care Specialist. Education credentials include an M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Avila University and bachelor's degrees in Finance and Management from Park University.
