Kristin Griebe

Kristin Griebe is an accomplished pharmacy professional with significant experience in clinical settings. Currently serving as the PGY1/PGY2 Pharmacotherapy Residency Program Director and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Cardiothoracic Surgery/Cardiac ICU at Henry Ford Health since June 2017, Kristin has also held roles as a Clinical Pharmacist in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine, and as a PGY-2 and PGY-1 Resident. In addition to clinical responsibilities, Kristin is part-time faculty at Wayne State University Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, coordinating a critical care elective course since January 2023. Prior experience includes pharmacy internships at Michigan Medicine and Meijer Pharmacy, direct care at Eisenhower Center, and a research assistantship at the University of Michigan Neuropsychology Clinic. Kristin holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Neuroscience from the same institution.
