Luca Capicchioni

Luca Capicchioni serves as the Director of System Value Based Care in Primary Health at Henry Ford Health since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at UChicago Medicine as Assistant Director for Cancer Services, Program Manager for Stem Cell Transplant & Cellular Therapy, and Quality Improvement Project Manager from March 2017 to August 2023. In previous positions, Luca worked as a Performance Improvement Specialist at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System and held various positions at the University of Michigan Health System, including Industrial Engineer and Administrative Fellow. Early career experiences include internships at Henry Ford Health System and leadership as President of M-HEAL. Luca holds a Master of Science in Law from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
