Carol Lieving

Carol Lieving, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Henry Ford Village since November 2015, Carol oversees HR functions for a leading senior living community. Prior experience includes roles at BullsEye Telecom as an HR Generalist, focusing on call center operations, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan, managing benefits and compensation programs. Carol also held positions at Oakland University as a Benefit & Compensation Specialist and at Shane Steel Processing as a Human Resources Manager, where strategic HR guidance and collective bargaining administration were key responsibilities. Carol holds a BA in Human Resources from Michigan State University and an MSA in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
