Nina Ramsey

EVP & Chief Human Resource Officer at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital

Nina Ramsey was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer of Henry Ford Health in 2017. In this role, Nina provides strategic leadership and direction for the system’s entire human resources team with an eye toward Henry Ford’s long-term growth and viability. Nina also oversees major areas including HR shared services; talent selection; learning and organization development; diversity and inclusion; employee and labor relations; employee health, safety, and wellness; total rewards; central credentialing; and security.

Prior to joining Henry Ford Health, Nina served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President for Global Human Resources for Kelly Services, Inc., where she worked since 1992, receiving multiple promotions during that time.

In her role at Kelly Services, Nina focused on workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, learning and leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, as well as human resources operations.

Among her many accomplishments, Nina was instrumental in establishing a performance-driven culture through leading the company strategy to develop new metrics and aligning those metrics with reporting, analytics and performance improvement planning. She also improved quality and cost of hire, time-to-fill, and internal customer satisfaction through a revitalized talent acquisition strategy. During her tenure, she helped Kelly to earn multiple national rankings: CEO Magazine's "Best Company for Leaders," Detroit Free Press' "Top Workplaces in Michigan," and multiple national diversity recognitions, including DiversityInc., and McKinsey.

Nina received her master's degree in education in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University.
