Kaleigh Maio

Kaleigh Maio, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Heywood Healthcare, a position held since June 2007, where responsibilities include coaching managers on employee issues and ensuring HR compliance with state and federal laws. Previous roles at Heywood Healthcare include Human Resource Manager and various levels of Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR support and consultation to achieve business objectives.
