Joni Bhutra

Joni Bhutra, MD MBA, serves as the Medical Director at Magnolia Family and Specialty Care Medical Center within the Ventura County Health Care Agency, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team ensures high-quality care and implementation of best practices. With a robust background in pediatrics, Joni has held roles such as Chief of Pediatrics and Medical Director at various facilities, focusing on improving patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. Additional experience includes participation on the Board of Directors for Interface Children & Family Services, contributions to social-emotional learning initiatives, and previous pediatric hospitalist roles. Joni holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MD from UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a BA in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
