Rajpal Brar, DPT, is an accomplished Strength/Movement Coach and Scientist with extensive experience in holistic healthcare and athletic performance. As the owner of 3CB Performance since October 2017, Rajpal focuses on injury rehabilitation, risk reduction, stress alleviation, and sports performance. In addition to owning a clinic, Rajpal serves as the Director of Athletic Development & Performance at Ekata Training Center, where a long-term holistic athletic development program is implemented. Notably, Rajpal is the founder and Editor-In-Chief of TheInjuryInsight and contributes to various publications, including This Is Anfield, The Doctor Weighs In, Grandstand Central, and Silver Screen & Roll, offering insights into player fitness, injuries, and performance analysis.
