Rick Allen is a seasoned CPA with extensive experience in taxation and financial planning. Currently serving as Chairman and Officer at Henry & Peters, PC since June 2017 and as a CPA and Officer since June 2010, Rick specializes in federal taxation, estate and gift planning, business and investment entities, reorganizations, and retirement planning. Prior to this role, Rick worked at Stiefel, Lyles & Allen, PC from August 1984 to May 2010, holding the position of CPA and Officer, and at Price Waterhouse & Co. as a Tax Manager from May 1979 to August 1984. Rick Allen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
