John Kropf

John Kropf is an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for Pharmaceuticals and Strategic Accounts at Henry Schein since May 2016, Kropf has successfully managed supply chain operations, developed custom reporting, and identified customer savings opportunities. Prior to this role, Kropf held positions at AMITA Health, including Associate Director of Practice Operations, where initiatives led to significant increases in revenue and operational efficiency. Previous experience includes financial management as a Registered Investment Advisor at Mesirow Financial, overseeing substantial assets and client education initiatives, and operations management at CRST Logistics, where fleet performance was consistently top-ranked.
