Matthew Penny

Matthew Penny is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Clinical Recruitment at Henry Schein since September 2022. In this role, Matthew defines and executes staffing strategies, leads a nationwide team of dental recruiters, and ensures performance goals are met. Previously, Matthew held positions including Provider Recruitment Manager at D4C Dental Brands, Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at American Dental Partners, and Talent Acquisition Manager at both Propel Marketing and Therapists Unlimited. Matthew began a career in recruitment at Manpower Group, progressing from Senior Recruiter to managing multiple branch locations. Matthew holds a B.A. in English Language & Literature and Business Management from Merrimack College and Gordon College.
