Porzia DiGiorgio is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR service delivery and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Service Delivery at Henry Schein since September 2023, Porzia previously held the title of Vice President of Human Resources at Phaxis, where responsibilities included establishing HR functions to support the company's growth. At Mainspring Consulting Group LLC, Porzia worked as Human Resources Director and Manager, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. Early in the career, Porzia served as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., specializing in HR consulting and process redesign. Porzia holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Hofstra University.
