R. Steven Boggan

Mr. Boggan joined Henry Schein in 2014 as President and CEO of BioHorizons, which the Company acquired in that year, before being named Co-CEO of the Global Oral Reconstruction Group (GORG) in April 2024. He is also a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.

As Co-CEO of GORG, Mr. Boggan leads commercial operations in the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as global marketing and R&D.

Mr. Boggan joined BioHorizons in 1995 and was promoted to President and CEO in 2000 as part of a company recapitalization. In 2018, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of GORG.

Prior to BioHorizons and Henry Schein, Mr. Boggan was employed in the Research and Development and Marketing Departments of Dow Corning Wright and Wright Medical Technology from 1989 until 1995.

Mr. Boggan has an M.B.A. from the University of Memphis, an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a B.S. in Biological Engineering in Mississippi State University.
