Richard H. Neiman is the current Director at Henry Street Settlement. Prior to their current position, Richard served as a Member of the Congressional Oversight Panel for TARP from November 2008 to April 2011. In this role, they oversaw and issued monthly reports on the implementation of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act, including the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). Richard also has experience as the Superintendent of Banks for the State of New York from March 2007 to May 2011 and as President, CEO, and General Counsel of TD Bank USA, N.A. from January 2006 to February 2007. Additionally, they served as EVP & General Counsel of TD Waterhouse Group, Inc. from July 1994 to January 2006 and as Vice Chairman of the Global Financial Services Regulatory Practice at PwC from May 2011 to October 2014. Richard began their career in 1990 as a Director in Regulatory Advisory Services at Price Waterhouse.
