Jennifer Hauck

Jennifer Hauck has had a diverse work experience over the years. Jennifer most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Hensley Legal Group, PC since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Genezen from April 2021 to May 2022, where they contributed to the production of viral vectors for gene and cell therapy.

Jennifer also has experience as a Learning And Development Specialist at Gregory & Appel. During their time there from January 2021 to April 2021, they created and conducted training programs to improve organizational performance. Jennifer also served as a Content & Communications Consultant from April 2018 to January 2021, where they managed client and employee communication strategies and served as a liaison to external communication resources. Jennifer also worked as a Communications & Benchmarking Specialist and a CSA/Communications Specialist at Gregory & Appel.

Additionally, Jennifer has a background in Human Resources at Indiana University Research and Technology Corporation, where they worked as the Director of Human Resources from December 2010 to November 2014. Jennifer also served as an MTA Administrator, handling Material Transfer Agreements, and as an Administrative Assistant, performing clerical work and providing customer service to tenant companies.

Before their roles in human resources, Jennifer worked as a Freelance Proofreader at Pearson Education from August 2005 to April 2006. Jennifer Hauck earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Writing from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Insurance Agent, Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the Indiana Department of Insurance in 2015, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 2013, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in December 2015.
