Carl Graf

Carl Graf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in air traffic control (ATC) and identification friend or foe (IFF) systems, currently serving as a Senior Manager and Senior Expert at HENSOLDT since June 2003. Graf's expertise encompasses system engineering for diverse civil and military projects involving IFF/ATC globally, technology management for next-generation IFF/TDL, and leadership in significant international projects, such as providing the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines with advanced Mode S surveillance radar. Prior to HENSOLDT, Graf held key roles at DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH as an ATC Radar Systems Engineer, overseeing critical projects, and contributed to radar integration and signal processing at THALES ATM. Graf's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an Engineer's Degree in Physics from ESPCI Paris - PSL.
