Carsten Trinks

Carsten Trinks is an experienced project supply manager with a focus on procurement and supply chain management, currently serving at HENSOLDT since May 2017. In this role, Carsten ensures coherence between Programs and Procurement, orchestrates the tender evaluation and supplier selection processes, and oversees the Supply Management functions for bid proposals. Previous positions include Project Supply Manager at Airbus DS Electronics and Border Security, where Carsten defined procurement strategies, and Supply Chain Manager at Airbus Defence and Space in Saudi Arabia, responsible for implementing supply chain processes for multiple billion Euro projects. Carsten also has a solid background in project and service delivery management, having worked with Hemmersbach GmbH on large IT outsourcing projects and EMEA-wide device rollouts.
