Dr. Christoph Allig currently serves as a System Engineer in Sensor Data Fusion at HENSOLDT, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Allig completed a PhD focused on sensor fusion for environmental perception at Denso Automotive Deutschland GmbH from April 2017 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Patent Professional at Continental from April 2016 to April 2017 and conducting a master’s thesis on fault detection in combustion engines using machine learning at AUDI AG from October 2015 to March 2016. Dr. Allig began an academic career at Alcon as a Dualer Student in Electrical Engineering from September 2011 to September 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical and Information Engineering from the Technical University of Munich (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Information Engineering with a focus on Automation from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (2011-2014).
