Lucas Kusterer

Lucas Kusterer currently serves as a Corporate Development & M&A Manager and Start-up Scout & Analyst at HENSOLDT since October 2023, focusing on identifying startups for potential investment and partnership opportunities. Previously, Lucas worked as a Venture Builder at Around Ventures, conducting market and competition analyses and researching potential investors for startups. Prior experience includes roles in auditing at PwC Deutschland and Ott & Partner, where Lucas contributed to the auditing of financial statements, and in marketing and sales at Kusterer Immobilien, where property valuation and strategy development were key responsibilities. Lucas holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information-oriented Economics from the University of Augsburg.
