Marc Condon

Marc Condon has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as Head of Internationalisation and Head of Future Plans at HENSOLDT since May 2017, where responsibilities include aligning business strategies with customer needs. Prior roles include Deputy Head of Strategic Market & Business Development and Sales Lead for Situational Awareness Systems in Asia and Northern Europe. At Airbus DS Electronics and Border Security, Condon was the International Sales Manager for the UK, Australia, and Northern Europe. Condon founded and led Rote8 Ltd as CEO and Senior Consultant, focusing on aviation hardware and software consulting. Earlier military roles included EC135 Captain for a pioneering offshore wind farm operation, and various instructional and leadership positions within the Army Air Corps, overseeing pilot training and operational readiness. Condon holds qualifications as a helicopter instructor and a certificate in aeronautical and mechanical engineering.
