Marion Ortmeier

Marion Ortmeier has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Head of Leadership and Talent Development at HENSOLDT since March 2017. Previously, Marion held various roles at HENSOLDT and its predecessor companies, including Head of People Development, Training & Recruiting, and Manager of Talent Resourcing & Leadership. Marion's career started at EADS as an HR Assistant, progressing to HR Business Partner and Recruiting Specialist. Marion earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Management and completed Business Coaching training, along with obtaining a degree as a European Management Assistant from the Bavarian Academy for Foreign Trade.
