Ashley Miller

Ashley Miller, MBA, is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management with extensive experience at ITW since 2004. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Talent Management and Leadership Development and formerly as Platform HR Director, Ashley has held various HR leadership roles across multiple divisions, including ITW Appliance Components and ITW Automotive. With a strong international focus, Ashley's career encompasses oversight in countries such as the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and China. Ashley holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Purdue University.
