Maximilian Bauer

Maximilian Bauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation management, project management, and logistical operations, currently serving as a Transformation Manager at HENSOLDT since October 2015. In this role, Maximilian leads the implementation of the HR 2025 transformation process across HENSOLDT's global project organization. Previous positions include International Set-Up & PMI Project Manager, focusing on corporate footprint development, and ILS Management, where responsibilities included logistical project management and support for radar products. Prior experience includes a dual student role at Airbus Defence and Space, where Maximilian contributed to logistic support analysis and life cycle cost analysis, as well as roles at REWE Group and Diehl Aircabin in various capacities. Maximilian holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and a Master’s in International Business from National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology, along with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Duale Hochschule Friedrichshafen.
