Monja Blänsdorf

Monja Blänsdorf has extensive experience in engineering governance and management, currently serving as the Global Process Owner Engineering - Manager Engineering Governance at HENSOLDT since October 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end processes in engineering, developing efficient tools, and leading the onePLMnow project as HENSOLDT transitions to SAP 4HANA. Previous roles at HENSOLDT included Head of Engineering Services and Head of Product Data Management, focusing on configuration management, technical documentation, and quality assurance. Prior experience encompasses positions at OHB System, where Monja led configuration and quality management, and AC&S Aerospace Consulting and Services Group, working as a Design Quality Engineer on the A400M program. Monja holds a degree in aircraft construction from EADS Bremen and is pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Psychology at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
