Riccardo Gazzetta

Riccardo Gazzetta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various companies in the defense, engineering, and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for HENSOLDT since January 2020, Riccardo also leads ATC projects, demonstrating expertise in technical and program management. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer at ePM engineering, where project management methodologies were implemented for government and small enterprises, and Senior Project Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems, responsible for the BRASS NATO project. Riccardo’s career also features significant contributions at Leonardo, overseeing profit and loss as PMO Director, and managing international projects in countries such as Kenya and Saudi Arabia. Riccardo holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
