Rick Schroth

Rick Schroth currently serves as the Head of Finance & Controlling for the Airborne Solutions Business Unit at HENSOLDT since May 2019, overseeing complex programs and projects, including financial responsibility for multi-national endeavors and business development. Prior experience includes roles as a Finance Business Partner and Manager Finance & Controlling within HENSOLDT, as well as Commercial Project Manager at Siemens, where Rick managed large international projects with profit and loss accountability across multiple business units. Rick's academic background includes a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from FOM University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
