Rynier van der Watt

Rynier Van Der Watt is an accomplished managing director at HENSOLDT South Africa since March 2019, with extensive experience in business management and strategic acquisitions. Previously served as Chief Acquisitions and Integration Officer at Etion Limited, overseeing new ventures and integration into the Ansys Group, and held several leadership roles at Parsec Holdings, including founding the company and developing its growth strategy. Additional experience includes managing Redline Telecommunications as part of the Parsec Group and serving as a design engineer and project manager at CSIR and Denel Dynamics. Rynier holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B Eng) Honours and a Bachelor of Engineering (B Eng) Cum Laude from the University of Pretoria, and has pursued further education in high-performance leadership and director induction.
