Stephanie Faust is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Program Head at HENSOLDT since March 2017, Stephanie leads the Dutch-German TEWS program and previously managed various electronic warfare systems projects. Stephanie's career includes important roles at Airbus Defence and Space, where responsibilities ranged from project management for radar systems to production project management. Earlier experiences at EADS involved process engineering and leading improvement initiatives. Stephanie holds a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur degree from Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena and has furthered education at Clemson University.
