Ugur Yilmaz

Ugur Yilmaz has extensive experience in project management and process engineering, currently serving as Project Leader and Process Engineer in Supply Chain and Digital Transformation at HENSOLDT since March 2017. Prior to this role, Ugur worked as a Project Manager at Airbus Defence and Space, managing multi-projects in naval surveillance from November 2014 to February 2017. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from Aalen University and a Bachelor of Science from Universität Siegen. Ugur also has a background in entrepreneurship, having managed the family business Perle Putz and gained valuable experience through internships in various sectors, including software and financial consulting.
