Clark Opdahl

Clark Opdahl has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in business and corporate law. From 1986 to the present, they have been with Henson Efron, where they started as a Partner and eventually became the Managing Partner in 2008. In this role, Clark is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the firm. Clark has represented clients in various industries, including manufacturing, engineering, transportation, commercial real estate, and construction. Throughout their career, they have been involved in significant acquisitions and divestitures, some valued at over $300 million. Clark also served as the chair of Henson Efron's business group.

In addition to their work at Henson Efron, Clark has been an Executive Committee Member and Treasurer at Legal Netlink Alliance since 2008. This global alliance connects clients with high-quality legal representation around the world.

Before joining Henson Efron, Clark was the Vice President of D.A. Opdahl & Associates, Inc. from 1978 to 1986. Clark also held leadership positions in the Community Relations Committee at Hennepin County from 1988 to 1990 and again from 1997 to 1999.

Clark Opdahl attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with honors. Prior to that, from 1974 to 1978, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism.
