Emil Berg

Emil Berg is an experienced HR consultant currently working at HENT AS since March 2023. Previously, Emil served as a Driftsleder at RAMME EIENDOM PETTER OLSEN, focusing on personnel management, project management, safety management, recruitment, and organizational building in 2021. Emil's extensive background in security services includes roles at Securitas Norge from 2008 to 2021, where responsibilities ranged from security guard and area leader to training and supervision of staff, along with serving as a union representative. Emil's early career included a military role in the Norwegian Armed Forces, fulfilling a first-time service obligation as a recruit and security soldier. Emil holds a Bachelor's degree in HR and Personnel Management from Kristiania University of Applied Sciences.
