Frode Gustad

Frode Gustad is an experienced project leader currently working at HENT AS since August 2023. Previously, Frode held various project management and engineering roles at Skanska from June 2016 to August 2023, including project leader, site leader, and project engineer. Frode co-founded Sollia Eiendomsutvikling AS in September 2015, focusing on the redevelopment of commercial properties into residential units. Prior experience includes positions as a technical draftsman and project manager at GS Prosjekt AS, along with summer roles at several other companies in project engineering and management. Frode holds a Civil Engineering degree with a specialization in Project Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology from Sør-Trøndelag University College. Additional education includes specialized coursework in engineering fundamentals and vocational training in furniture and interior carpentry.
