Tord Carlsen

Tord Carlsen is an experienced HR consultant currently working at HENT AS since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a mediator at Konfliktrådet from November 2022 to December 2024, where Tord handled cases involving harm, loss, or violations typically forwarded by the police. From August 2018 to July 2023, Tord worked as a pedagogical leader at Trondheim kommune, facilitating learning experiences for children. Additionally, Tord was a guide at Innsikt from September 2021 to June 2023, providing career guidance and coaching for students at NTNU. Earlier roles include working as a kindergarten teacher at Læringsverkstedet and as a security officer at Securitas Transport Aviation Security AS. Tord holds a Master's degree in Counseling Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Bachelor's degree in Kindergarten Education from NLA University College.
