Pete Pingel

Pete Pingel has extensive experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as a Technical Sales Representative and previously as a Technical Service Representative at Hentzen Coatings since November 2012, providing technical support for powder coating production lines. Prior to this role, Pete worked at Muza Metal Products from November 2005 to November 2012 as a Paintline Coordinator, where responsibilities included supervising employees, scheduling workloads across three shifts, ordering materials, and enhancing processes and quality. Additionally, Pete spent nearly a decade at HUI from October 1996 to November 2005 as a Paintline Coach, focusing on scheduling, quality improvement, employee training, and implementing lean principles, while also developing training programs for new painters.
