Matthew Dockery

Matthew Dockery has a diverse work experience. Matthew is currently working as the Vice President of Development at hep global GmbH, where they are responsible for acquiring new projects and overseeing various tasks related to project development. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at hep Petra as an Acquisitions + Development Manager, where they managed due diligence for solar projects and collaborated with different departments to gather key information. Matthew also had an engineering internship during their time at hep Petra. Before that, Matthew had internships at Emoyeni and Sustain Charlotte, where they gained experience in various sustainability-related projects. Matthew also worked as a Workman at Seville Contracting, where they performed general repair and maintenance tasks. Matthew started their career as a Research Assistant at UNC Charlotte, assisting with water filtration system design and experimentation. Additionally, they worked as a Swim Instructor at Nomad Aquatics & Fitness, teaching swimming skills to children.

Matthew Dockery attended Appalachian State University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Sustainable Development with a focus on Sustainability Studies. Matthew has also obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety) and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) in 2018, as well as Procore Certified: Associate and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) in 2017.
