Billy C. Kot is a seasoned automation engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Automation Engineer at Hepburn Engineering Inc. since September 2018, Billy has previously held positions such as Senior Automation PLC Engineer at CareGo Tek, Senior Automation Engineer at SNC-Lavalin, and Project Engineer at Rockwell Automation. Additionally, teaching as a part-time instructor at Mohawk College, Billy has contributed to numerous major mining and metallurgical projects and has a solid background in plant control systems, electrical engineering, and automation design. Billy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University.
