Naeem Shariff, P.Eng, MSc, is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Hepburn Engineering Inc. since November 2016, specializing in naval Replenishment at Sea (RAS) systems and managing multi-year projects for various sovereign navies. Prior experience includes serving as a Marine Asset Manager for the Canadian Coast Guard from February 2011 to November 2016, where responsibilities involved life cycle management of complex physical assets and supporting high-value programs integral to the Coast Guard’s mission. Naeem holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey.
