Joy McRae

Joy McRae has extensive experience in customer support and administrative roles within the legal and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Help Desk Analyst at HeplerBroom LLC since August 2015, Joy previously held various positions at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, including Help Desk/Customer Service Representative, Document Production, and Secretary from January 1999 to July 2015. Joy’s earlier career includes serving as a Legal Secretary at Evans & Dixon from 1996 to 1999, providing secretarial support to attorneys and managing transcription and file organization. Additionally, Joy worked as a Legal Secretary and in Document Production at The May Department Stores Company from 1991 to 1995. Joy’s educational background includes studies at Lewis and Clark Community College and Edwardsville Senior High School.
