Ceren Toraman

Ceren Toraman has extensive experience in customer experience and loyalty program management, currently serving as a Loyalty Program Manager at Hepsiburada since June 2021. Previously, Ceren held various roles at Garanti BBVA from August 2015 to May 2021, including Business Development Supervisor and SME Banking Customer and Product Management Specialist. Earlier experience includes an internship at Garanti Bank, as well as roles at Doğuş Otomotiv and Halkbank. Ceren holds a degree in Economics from Hacettepe Üniversitesi, achieved in 2015 with a GPA of 3.00/4.00, and completed a program at St. Giles International College in Brighton in 2014.
