Hanifenur Kılıç

Hanifenur Kılıç is a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hepsiburada since November 2023, responsible for recruitment processes for technology teams and contributing to talent management and HR initiatives. Previously, Hanifenur served as a Recruitment and Talent Management Intern at MindsCraft and founded a research-based organization focused on public access to psychology resources. Hanifenur has extensive experience in training program development and implementation, having worked as an Education Specialist at Psikoloji Ağı and as a Psychological Counselor at PSG-CAPS Kariyer Danışmanlığı and Functional Fluency Turkey. In addition, Hanifenur has provided career counseling services through various roles in both municipal and educational institutions. Hanifenur is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Bahcesehir University, complementing an undergraduate degree in the same field from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
