Sarp Alkaylı

Sarp Alkaylı currently serves as the Director of Fraud Prevention and Detection at both Hepsiburada and hepsipay since May 2013 and January 2016, respectively. Responsibilities include the restructuring of fraud processes and the establishment of a new fraud monitoring team, alongside reviewing and enhancing fraud detection strategies. Prior to these roles, Sarp held the position of Manager of Fraud and Risk Management at Hurriyet, where involvement in the startup project yenicarsim.com and card-based payment systems infrastructure was significant. Earlier experience includes a role as a Fraud Specialist at BNP Paribas Fortis, focusing on credit card and payment system monitoring and fraud trend analysis, as well as a position as a Fraud Assistant Specialist at Disbank. Sarp holds a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University and a degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University.
