Martin Lichtwark

Martin Lichtwark has had a varied work experience since 2005. Starting with SIV.AG, they worked as a Working Student, Software Engineer, Chairman of the Youth and Trainee Representation, and a Trainee IT Specialist / Application Development. In 2014, they began working as a Student Research Assistant at Universität Rostock, where they were also the Lead WossiDiA Crowdsourcing Project in 2017. In 2016, they took a language study trip and family research in Australia with Australian Schmidtlich Tours. In 2018, Martin began working at AIDA Cruises as an IT Business Analyst / HR-Systems Specialist. Since 2020, they have been working at hepster - the mobile insurance, where they have held the roles of Head of IT Operations, Apprentice Trainer for IT Specialists, Senior IT Business Analyst, and IT Business Analyst.

Martin concluded their education at the Universität Rostock, where they earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Information Systems in 2018.
