Henrique Silva possesses over 15 years of experience in planning, implementing, and supporting infrastructure and unified communication solutions. Currently serving as Gerente de TI at Hepta Tecnologia e Informática since August 2015, Henrique has also held the position of Coordenador de Projetos at Hepta Tecnologia e Informatica LTDA since August 2007, demonstrating over 7 years of experience in project management utilizing best practices from MSF and PMBOK. Prior roles include Analyst positions at TBA Informática and BrasilTelecom, where Henrique provided corporate infrastructure support and engaged in high-level troubleshooting for Windows environments.
