Yuchuan Wu

YuChuan (Ethan) Wu is a Co-Founder and Principal Product Designer at Heptabase since July 2020, specializing in product strategies, information architecture, and visual design. Prior to this role, YuChuan worked as a Product Designer where responsibilities included constructing a design system, extracting user behavior data, and conducting user interviews and usability tests. Experience also includes a position as a User Experience Researcher at YouBike Today, where YuChuan assessed user needs using various UX research methods. Previously, YuChuan served in the Republic of China Navy as a Seaman and worked as an Associate Instructor at AaPaTo Maker Workshop, guiding students in programming concepts. Additionally, experience as a Teaching Assistant at Shane English School Taiwan involved assisting with translation and customer communication. YuChuan's educational background includes attending Y Combinator in 2022, and earning a degree in Design and Innovative Technology from National Chiao Tung University alongside a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
