Samantha Bowker-Laing

Samantha Bowker-Laing has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Samantha joined Sosei Heptares in 2019 and currently serves as the HR Operations Manager. Their responsibilities include overseeing HR operations and managing various projects, such as the implementation of CIPHR payroll and HR systems. Prior to this, Samantha held the position of Human Resources Officer at Sosei Heptares from 2022 to 2023. Samantha also worked as a Finance Officer/Procurement/Human Resources professional from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Sosei Heptares, Samantha worked at Countrywide as a Branch Manager from 2007 to 2018.

Samantha Bowker-Laing has completed an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from CIPD Qualifications from 2021 to 2022. Samantha also pursued a field of study in Payroll at The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in 2021. In addition, Samantha has obtained various certifications in the field of property management and sales from Propertymark. These include the ARLA Fellow certification for completing the Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting & Property Management - England & Wales, and the NAEA Fellow certification for completing the Certificate Sale of Residential Property – England, Wales & Northern Ireland (QCF Level 4). Furthermore, Samantha has also achieved the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management - England & Wales and the Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property - England, Wales & Northern Ireland from Propertymark. Lastly, Samantha Bowker-Laing holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management from the University of Oxford.
