Hema Malini has a vast professional experience in HR and business advisory roles. Currently, Hema serves as the Vertical Head - Diversity Community Hire at Their Second Innings. Previously, Hema founded and served as the CEO of PiMARQ, a boutique HR & Business Advisory firm. Prior to that, Hema held managerial positions at Motive PG and Birlasoft. Hema Malini also has experience as an Assistant Manager at Covansys India Private Limited. Hema holds a degree from B. M. S. College of Engineering and has completed the EGMP from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
