The Operations and Production team at HERACLES Group is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes of cement, aggregates, and concrete products. Comprising Process Engineers, a Process & Production Manager, and a Plant Manager, the team ensures efficient production workflows, quality control, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. They also play a key role in innovation and process improvement, contributing to the company's commitment to providing high-quality, sustainable building materials.
