Dr. Thomas Schulmeyer is the Head of Innovation Ceramics Germany at Heraeus Covantics and previously served as CEO of the Medical Park Hannover GmbH and Innovationszentrum Niedersachsen GmbH from 2020 to 2023. With over 15 years of industry experience and a solid educational foundation, including a Ph.D. in Materials Science, Thomas excels in product development, revenue generation, and technical management. Prior to returning to Germany in 2020, Thomas honed leadership skills as CEO at SPECS-TII Inc. and contributed as a Lead Engineer at AMTC. An avid Ironman triathlon athlete, Thomas also competes regularly in ultra-long distance endurance races.
