Moritz Jonathan Lill

Moritz Jonathan Lill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Business Development at Heraeus Medical since April 2025, Moritz previously held the position of Senior Manager for M&A and Portfolio Management at Heraeus from January 2022 to March 2025. Prior to joining Heraeus, Moritz spent over three years at EY-Parthenon, progressing from Consultant to Engagement Manager in strategy. Earlier experience includes roles at KPMG Denmark in Deal Advisory/M&A and a Master Thesis position at Novo Nordisk. Moritz holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics & Finance from Copenhagen Business School, alongside Bachelor’s degrees in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and City University of Hong Kong.
